Mr. Culpepper’s numerous successes can be attributed to his relentless dedication and the unwavering support of his colleagues in the industry. He also believes that being receptive to constructive feedback and utilizing his exceptional teaching abilities have significantly impacted his accomplishments. He has always been intrigued by the intricate workings of finance and enjoys studying how capital flows. As an additional major during his college years, he decided to delve into real estate finance, which served to expand on his knowledge and expertise in the field.
One of Mr. Culpepper’s most significant achievements was his successful leadership of a team of mortgage traders, which ultimately led to his promotion to managing director at Truist Securities where he oversaw a team of 125 employees. He intends to continue his long-term career in the dynamic and ever-evolving field of finance and banking for approximately a decade before retiring. In the immediate future, he is dedicated to expanding his skills and knowledge in the industry.
