She began her career as a sales associate at ABC Nissan from 1995 to 1996. She worked as owner and business development director at Andorra Credit Repair from 2004 to 2008. She contributed to Banner Health as a registered nurse from 2008 to 2011, a critical care registered nurse from 2013 to 2014, and interim patient advocate in 2015.
Ms. Mozes found success in medical aesthetic sales at Zen Bella Vita, LLC from 2012 to 2014. She was active as a critical care registered nurse at the University of California, San Diego 2014 and at the University of Arizona Medical Center from 2014 to 2015. She continued her career at UnitedHealth Group from 2015 to 2018 as a call center nurse, operations registered nurse, and practice performance manager. She established herself as a clinical health care services administrator, community marketing liaison, interim quality director, and clinical consultant between 2018 and 2021. In 2023, she co-founded Credit Butterfly LLC.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Mozes pursued an education at De Anza College where she earned an associate of science in nursing degree in 1994. She continued her academic efforts at Western Governors University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in registered nursing in 2014, a Master of Business Administration in health care administration in 2017, and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2019. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in health administration in quality analytics at Capella University. She holds certifications as a nurse practitioner, a family nurse practitioner, and as a certified professional in healthcare quality.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Mozes has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was selected for Capella University’s President’s List in 2020 and presented with the Make Mine a Million Dollar Business Award in 2007. When she arrived in Arizona, she noticed several areas that needed improvement, specifically regarding the processes and operations involved in caring for individuals with developmental disabilities. Her contributions were essential in redesigning the state’s care management program, and she also introduced standard measures to ensure that the standards were consistently met.
