With nearly 50 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Bradley has excelled as associate director at Procter & Gamble. He maintained his involvement with same as director of executive compensation from 1997 to 2006. He began his career as director of compensation and benefits at International Playtex from 1979 to 1983 and at General Electric Finance from 1983 to 1987. He found success as vice president in compensation and benefits at Alexander & Alexander Services from 1987 to 1995 and at Tambrands from 1996 to 1997. He was active as president of Gibson J. Bradley & Co. in 1995 and at Strategic Compensation Solutions from 2009 to 2010.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Bradley pursued an education at Cornell College where he earned a Bachelor of Philosophy in sociology, political science and economics, summa cum laude, in 1976. Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He found success with his written work “Procter & Gamble’s Balanced Approach to Long Term Incentives,” published in WorldatWork in 2005.

In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Bradley remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Greater New York Chow Chow Club. He has belonged to the Schonesland Porsche Club since 2004 and sat on its board from 2007 to 2010.

In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Bradley has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was presented with the Winston and Margaret Ehrmann Junior Award for Excellence in Sociology and received a scholarship for the Most Outstanding Junior Majoring in Sociology at Cornell University. He and his late wife showed dogs for 10 years. They had two AKC Champion Chow Chow dogs, one of which was one of the top 10 Chow Chows in America and entered Westminster when he was still a puppy. At four months old, he won the best puppy in the Boston Dog Show.
