To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Ferrari pursued an education at The University of Taubaté (UNITAU), from which he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with valedictorian honors. He continued his formal academic efforts with a Master of Business Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). In addition to these accomplishments, Mr. Ferrari completed continuing studies in the management of technical people and organizations at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Ferrari has accrued several accolades throughout his career. The recipient of the Best in Class Academic Award from the Business Administration Council of the State of Sao Paulo in 1990, he was likewise presented with the Professional of the Year Award from System Software Associates, Inc. in 1996, the Champion Award from QAD Inc. in 1998, and the E-Learning Brazil Best Project Award from Micropower in 2004. Mr. Ferrari was also honored for the Best Services in ERP by Consumidor Moderno Magazine in 2003 and with recognition for Mondo Strategies among the Fastest Growing Mid-sized Software Companies in 2013.

Attributing his success to the strong reputation that he has cemented as a result of his consistently exceptional work, Mr. Ferrari was inspired to establish Mondo Strategies Consulting by his desire to leverage his extensive expertise in project and strategic management to assist software companies in comprehending and optimizing their processes while reconfiguring their organizational structures and cultivating a loyal client base.
