He concluded his academic efforts at the Gemological Institute of America Inc., obtaining a graduate gemologist diploma in 2008. He holds a certification as a gemologist from the American Gem Society. Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles, including volunteering with several charities. He is also a professional poker player.
Mr. Beaman attributes his achievements to his unwavering determination, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptable nature. He deems his degree in philosophy more advantageous than his business or economics degree as it has instilled in him the ability to effectively articulate his thoughts and beliefs even when they are in opposition with others. This not only strengthens one’s own convictions but also fosters a deeper understanding and appreciation for the opposing perspective, particularly in interpersonal communication. He considers his exceptional versatility across various roles within the company to be among his most impressive achievements. He possesses a remarkable knowledge base and skill set that enables him to execute diverse tasks with equal proficiency.
In the immediate future, Mr. Beaman intends to advance within his current company or explore opportunities in other organizations. His goal is to lead as a director or eligible leader of the flagship store. His passion lies in working directly within the store, where he can engage with the products and collaborate with people. He prefers this hands-on approach to the typical office setting.
