In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a board member of the Professional Insurance Agents of North Carolina since 2022 and of CPIA of North Carolina.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Uribe has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was recognized as the Most Influential Woman Business Leader to Watch, Agent of the Year by Professional Insurance Agents in North Carolina, and named among the Fast Starters by Business Insurance America in 2023. In 2022, Synchronosure proclaimed her to be the Independent Retail Agent of the Year. Her company was named Commercial Insurance Agency of the Year by Corporate Life Wear Global, listed among top workers compensation solutions providers by HR Tech Outlook, and placed on The Silicon Review’s 50 Most Admired Companies of the Year list in 2023.
In the immediate future, Ms. Uribe aspires to expand her company while also seeking to reunite her family from Cuba and secure their safe departure. She is involved in the fight for political rights in Cuba and intends to continue this work in the future. She also hopes to raise awareness for breast cancer.
