Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Rifkin pursued an education at the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in political sciences, cum laude. He continued his academic efforts at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, in 2011. He concluded his studies at Brown University, obtaining an Executive Master of Business Administration in business administration and management in 2018. He has been licensed to practice law by the Massachusetts Bar, the Southern District of Florida, and the Florida Bar. He is certified as a green level boxing coach and instructor.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Rifkin has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He was featured in Millennium Magazine. He has donated to several Ukraine-based charities, Lifebridge, Feeding America’s Hungry Children, the American Red Cross, Haymakers for Hope, and the American Cancer Association. In addition to his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Health Lawyers Association.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Rifkin has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was listed among the Top 100 Healthcare Leaders by the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare in 2021. In addition to receiving an honors award in a litigation skills trial advocacy, Mr. Rifkin also maintained membership in the Federal Appellate Clinic and Ethics Clinics. He received the book award in property law, constitutional law, and sports law, and multiple merit-based scholarships due to his academic performance. In the immediate future, he wants to continue growing the company and his family.
