During this time, he was additionally active as the PT program coordinator at Montgomery County Community College from 2015 to 2020, the director of workforce development at Montgomery County Community College from 2016 to 2019, and a workforce project manager at Temple University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to these positions, he served as the director of education and an instructor for the Congress of United Latinos from 2002 to 2009, a regional project manager for the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center from 2006 to 2013, and the director of the Center for Employment and Training at the People’s Emergency Center in 2014. Mr. Hines began his career at the Community College of Philadelphia, working as an academic advisor, adjunct instructor and director of online testing and training between 1994 and 2006.

To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Hines pursued an education at Eastern University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and organizational management in 1995. He subsequently concluded his studies at Chestnut Hill College in 2001, graduating with a Master of Science in instructional technology. Appointed to the Mayor’s Commission for African American Males in Philadelphia in 2016, he has likewise contributed to his community as a volunteer mentor with the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) since 2016 and a programmer for G-Town Radio since 2007. Attributing his success to his strong sense of independence, which was instilled within him by his family and his environment during his formative years, he is particularly proud of his collaboration with an organization to establish a new customer base by conducting outreach activities in Philadelphia, which highlighted his ability to identify and capitalize on untapped markets. In the coming years, Mr. Hines plans to expand upon his brand and promote his range of services, which includes career coaching, consulting, contracting, and mentoring young entrepreneurs.
