Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Shipley pursued an education at Mid Michigan College where she completed coursework in automotive studies. She is a certified tax representation consultant and an enrolled agent. Beyond her responsibilities within the field, she has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She volunteers at women’s shelters through the company. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise, including as a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Shipley has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She provides pro bono tax services to clients as part of her church’s community outreach initiatives and volunteers at her community’s family crisis center for abused and battered women, assisting them in obtaining tax refunds and resolving their tax-related issues. She was presented with the Community Business Award in 2022, an award for her exceptional work in tax resolution in 2020, and an award from her tax resolution chapter in 2019. Having recently completed her certified tax representation consultant credential, Ms. Shipley intends to focus on growing the business.
