With over 45 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Narens has excelled as president, managing partner, and realtor at the Associated Realtors of Laguna Niguel, California since 2023. He initiated his involvement with the same as a licensed realtor from 1996 to 2011. He began vice president of the Akro Corporation from 1976 to 1993. At Narens Sales and Marketing, Inc., he contributed as president from 1993 to 1996 and as a realtor from 1996 to 2011. He established himself as a licensed realtor at Christie’s International Real Estate from 1996 to 2023 and concurrently as a realtor at Star Estates since 2011.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Narens pursued an education at Ohio University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in organizational and business communication, cum laude, in 1975. He is a licensed realtor through the National Association of Realtors. Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He held a role with the United States Junior Chamber of Orange County, California and has a history of involvement in fundraising endeavors for the Red Feather Agency.
In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Narens remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Orange County Association of Realtors, the Board of Realtors of Orange County, California, and the California Association of Realtors. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He has successfully completed nearly 300 real estate transactions and was presented with the Real Estate High Flyer Award.
In the immediate future, Mr. Narens’ vision for Associated Realtors is to further expand its presence by recruiting additional realtors and establishing more offices. While the company has a solid lending aspect in place, there is a continuous need for more realtors to effectively cover the extensive Southern California region. His ambition is to broaden the firm’s geographical reach and introduce escrow offices.
