In 2019, he co-founded Shelly USA, where he operates as the chief executive officer.
Attributing his unrelenting work ethic as the driving force behind his success, Mr. Todorov utilized this asset by completing coursework in cultural sciences and Bulgarian language and literature at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in Sofia, Bulgaria. In 1998, he obtained his Master of Business Administration from The Open University in London, England. After concluding his education and working overseas, he immigrated to the United States in 2012.
Mr. Todorov was appointed as a member of the board of Allterco Holding Company BG in 2010, and continues to participate in board business. He has achieved remarkable success by playing a pivotal role in the successful expansion of Shelly USA. His unwavering dedication and leadership skills have been instrumental in transforming the company from a small office to a globally recognized enterprise with a workforce of over 200 employees.
In the future, Mr. Todorov has plans to relinquish his position at Shelly USA and start a new venture. His advice to new executives is to stay current on business news, follow your dreams, stay curious, and be persistent in finding new solutions and ideas. When he isn’t working, he dedicates his time and attention to spending time with his family, playing golf, and attending sporting events.
