Mr. Crittenden has had a diverse and distinguished career where he has focused on being willing to adapt to change. Spending ten years in agricultural service before starting his career, he worked as a location services specialist and applicator at the Two Rivers Coop between 2009 and 2016. In 2020, he adapted again and began as a credit analyst serving Community National Bank and Trust, where he continues to thrive.
Attributing resilience and being focused, passionate, and determined, Mr. Crittenden utilized these skills to earn an Associate of Arts in industrial trade and supervision management from Cowley County Community College in 1995. In 2001, he obtained a certificate in legal studies from Brightwood College. He subsequently garnered a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from Friends University in 2010.
Mr. Crittenden participates as the secretary-treasurer for the Private John N. Eckes, Camp 10. Additionally, he has been an active member and the Eagle Scout Coordinator for the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War since 2021. He also volunteers for a local development called ETZANOA, which has discovered an old Native American Indian settlement and is developing a cultural center and conservancy.
Growing up in Arkansas City, Kansas, Mr. Crittenden has a distinct knowledge of the community that enables him to rate the creditworthiness of many different people from diverse backgrounds. He cites “Help those in need, for those in need, they need peace” as his motto. When he isn’t working, he dedicates his time and attention to sports, fishing, hunting, and genealogy.
