Ms. Williams has been empowering youth through The Y.E.S. (Youth Empowerment Source) Project as the director and facilitator since 1999. In 2021, she became a certified life coach, increasing her expertise as a mentor to expand her profile as the chief executive officer and founder of both The Y.E.S. Project and Yes Purpose, LLC. Additionally, she serves as a speaker and author, having been featured in Millennium Magazine. Ms. Williams also devotes time to the Kingdom Builders Academy and the Global Women Speakers Organization. When she is not working, she dedicates her time and attention to reading, writing, composing music and songs, and traveling.
Attributing her success to God and the women in her life, Ms. Williams graduated as the valedictorian of her high school class in 1983. She subsequently entered a nursing program, where she completed coursework at Texas Women’s University before recognizing that her calling was in education and mentorship, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Biblical studies from Cornerstone Theological Seminary. She is incredibly grateful for her family as well, including her late parents, Pastors Lewis and Geraldine Taylor of Christian Life Word of God Church; her husband, Reverend Jon A. Williams; her daughter, Psalmist Andria D. Washington; and her legacy benefactors, Amara Janae, Corynn Joelle, and Alivia Jewel Washington. Featured in the November 2023 Issue of The Chain Breaking Experience Magazine, she was recognized as one of the Top 33 Most Inspirational Women by the Hoinser Media Group in 2022 and was presented with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023. In the near future, Ms. Williams is panning on launching and hosting “Experience Me: Mother-Daughter Breakthrough Conference” in the Spring of 2024.
