Title: Director of International Capture
Company: Ultra Intelligence & Communications

Todd Alexander, Director of International Capture at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in military services.

With more than 20 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Alexander has excelled as the director of international capture with Ultra Intelligence & Communications since 2023, a post in which he operates as an air capability liaison between foreign militaries and the U.S. government. Prior to this position, he was active with Raytheon Intelligence & Space as a senior capture manager for special mission aircraft between 2016 and 2018, the director of international capture between 2018 and 2022, and an elevated sensors campaign executive between 2022 and 2023. He previously served as a systems engineer for The Boeing Company from 2006 to 2007, the director of flight operations and acting business development for Swift Engineering from 2007 to 2009, the director of business development for the U.S. Marine Corps in Australia, India, and Near East regions with the AAI Corporation from 2009 to 2013, the director of international capture with Textron System from 2013 to 2016, and the director of program capture with Textron System from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Alexander began his career at the Automotive Research Center for Reynard in 2001 before working as a UAV systems engineer and project support engineer with The Insitu Group from 2003 to 2006.

To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Alexander pursued higher education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he completed undergraduate coursework in aircraft engineering technology and aerodynamics in 2002. He subsequently concluded his studies at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in international business in 2012. Attributing his success to his unique background as a multicultural person who lived in multiple countries as well as his family legacy, which includes his grandfather’s status as a war hero during World War II, he is incredibly proud of his military service, including his casualty-preventing leadership during the Second Battle of Fallujah. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was presented with the Secretary of Defense Medal for the Defense of Freedom from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2006. In the coming years, Mr. Alexander hopes to advance Ultra Intelligence & Communications’ international portfolio and establish it as a technology powerhouse while assisting smaller countries under constant threat from their neighbors so that they may not be defenseless in the face of danger.
