Mr. Cole has distinguished himself as a leader in the non-profit sector throughout his career, working for such organizations as the Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance in 2012, the Coalition Against Global Genocide in 2013, the Colorado House of Representatives between 2013 and 2014, The Brookings Institution between 2014 and 2021, Unite America between 2021 and 2023, and The Andrew Goodman Foundation in 2023. He is currently active as the founder and principal of P.T. Cole Strategies and Advising. Additionally, he has served as a DMV (DC-MD-VA) Democracy Fellow through the Learning Life program since 2022 and participated as a board member for the Colorado Coalition for Genocide Awareness and Action between 2014 and 2021.
Attributing his success to unwavering dedication, a strong work ethic, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Mr. Cole utilized these assets to earn a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from the University of Denver in 2011. In 2021, he obtained a graduate certification in non-profit management and leadership from the University of Maryland. He was recognized with the “Do Good Graduate” Award for Commitment to Social Impact and Innovation by the University of Maryland in 2021. When he is not working, he dedicates his time and attention to spending time with his family and friends, reading, listening to podcasts, and visiting museums.
