Nathaniel X. Ross, president at Choices Program LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in holistic and financial coaching.
With 32 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Ross has excelled as president of Choices Program LLC since 2009. He began his career at Oberlin College where he served as assistant director of residential services and associate dean of students. He was active as vice president of operations at Co Play Inc. from 1996 to 1997. He contributed to LaSalle Partners as assistant area manager from 1997 to 2000. At Jones Lang LaSalle, he established himself as a training manager for the Americas for 5 years and as global vice president of facility management at the same from 2000 to 2020, at which time he retired.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Ross pursued an education at Towson State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in communications and political science. He holds certifications in corporate governance, as an empowerment life coach, and as an events planner.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Ross has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He created a financial literacy non-profit called Abundance Legacy and is a level 2 Reiki practitioner. He worked with ten international families to help them navigate and improve their finances. He found success as the author of “It’s Your Life, Own It Unapologetically,” “The American Dream: From the Streets to the Boardroom,” and “A Little Piece of Me.”
In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Ross remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Certified Coaches Alliance and the International Coaching Federation. He attributes his success to the support and opportunities given to him by others. He credits the people who worked for him for their exceptional work and contribution towards his career advancement.
In the immediate future, Mr. Ross intends to expand Abundance Legacy with the goal being to provide access to education and valuable information to those who are financially restricted. He believes that everyone should have access to education, regardless of their financial situation. In addition, one of his ambitious projects is to construct a holistic center in the Dominican Republic in collaboration with a local contractor. This center will offer a wide range of holistic programs and services to those who may not have had access to such things before, enabling them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. This project is just one of the many ways in which Mr. Ross hopes to make a positive impact on the world.
