Subsequently, she held positions as a client partner from 2016 to 2018 before assuming her current role as the chief experience officer at Inspire Success Global, a position she has held since 2019.
Ms. Tweddle’s professional journey mirrors her resilience. Following a near-drowning incident at three years old, she discovered strength in synchronized swimming, eventually becoming a three-time Canadian Olympian. In addition, she has been involved in impactful and diverse community engagement. Her roles span from actively fostering connections as the manager of community relations at the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce to her leadership roles in Long Term Care and as the founder of Canadian Living Communities.
Reflecting on her career, Ms. Tweddle’s most significant highlight remains the transformative impact of sports on her life. Values of continuous learning, growth, and development have shaped her personal identity and influenced her professional approach to various endeavors. Her career boasts achievements beyond sports, including being the flag bearer for Canada, being inducted into the Hall of Fame, triumphing at the Pan American Games, and receiving recognition with the key to the City of Los Angeles.
