Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Grimm has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles, including making contributions as a photography assistant to the Coalition for the Homeless, Inc. from 2013 to 2015 and as an adviser to the Women in Leadership Certification.
