John D. Harding, president at Image Contracting, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in project management.
With 13 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Harding has excelled as president of Image Contracting since 2010. In his role, he provides general contracting services specializing in the renovation and remodeling of high-end homes and residential income properties, flood restoration, mold mitigation, and niche work in retail outfitting and commercial painting. Previous and concurrent to this posting, he garnered a stellar reputation as a management, sales, and marketing expert since 1987.
Mr. Harding began his career as a store manager at Littman Jewelers from 1996 to 2001. He worked as a mortgage consultant, assistant branch manager, and sales and marketing expert at The Mortgage Specialists from 2001 to 2004. He established himself as vice president and chief operating officer at Openlend North America, LLC from 2004 to 2007 before transitioning to the role of branch manager at First Call Mortgage Company from 2007 to 2008. He contributed to Ritva USA, LLC as director of operations and marketing, specializing in consulting engagement, from 2008 to 2010. He was active as interim regional director of the Partner America Small Business Initiative at the US Conference of Mayors from 2010 to 2011 and as a loan originator at NorthPoint Mortgage from 2008 to 2013.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Harding pursued an education at Virginia Tech, formally the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he completed coursework between 1989 and 1992. He continued his academic efforts at Georgetown University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in classical languages in 1995. He holds certifications as an apprentice real estate appraiser, a New Hampshire Loan Originator, a renovation, repair and painting lead-safe firm, a management professional, a diamondtologist, and a mortgage planning specialist.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Harding has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He served as a community sponsor for youth sports, community events, and charities, and was featured in the New Hampshire Business Review as well as various magazines, articles, and newspapers. In addition to his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the National Kitchen and Bath Association, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the New Hampshire Home Builders Association, the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals, and the Financial Planning Association.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Harding has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was presented with awards from the Home Builders Association. He was inducted into the Dean’s List at Georgetown University and Virginia Tech.
