Nicholi Wozniak, commercial excellence manager at Element Materials Technology, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in sales and marketing.

With 18 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Wozniak has excelled as commercial excellence manager at Element Materials Technology since 2023. He began his career as a leadership development intern at The First Tee in 2005. He went on to establish himself as store manager at Zale Jewelers from 2005 to 2008. At the University of Chicago, he contributed as a technical systems analyst from 2008 to 2009. He worked as a regional account manager at TCR Distributors, Inc from 2009 to 2012.

Mr. Wozniak continued his career as technical implementation training manager at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago from 2012 to 2015. He served as principal training manager at Access Community Health Network in 2015. At UL, he garnered a stellar reputation as North American learning and development manager from 2015 to 2018, senior software sales executive from 2018 to 2021, and strategic account manager from 2021 to 2023. He remained active as a strategic account executive at FoodChain ID from 2022 to 2023.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Wozniak pursued an education at DePaul University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science in 2009. He is continuing his academic efforts at the University of Notre Dame, pursuing a Master of Business Administration. He holds more than 20 certifications including as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a professional trainer, a team performance practitioner, a Toastmasters International competent communicator, an associate trainer, and many more.

Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Wozniak has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He was a member of the CX Advisory Board at the University of Tennessee. He served as a basketball, football, flag football, and soccer coach for the West Nashville Sports League and Saint Matthew Catholic School, and an assistant coach for the football and baseball teams at the University of Notre Dame. He was a board member of the Marist High School IDEA Committee and guest speaker at SIUE TRIO Upward Bound from 2016 to 2021. He mentored with Teens on the Green Foundation and volunteered with Elim Christian Services, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Wounded Warrior Project, and local and national police, fire, and military departments.

In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Wozniak remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Lumen Institute, the Association for Talent Development, the International Board of Certified Trainers, the Project Management Institute, the DePaul Philosophy Circle, and Toastmasters International.

In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Wozniak has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was recognized by FoodChain ID in 2023 for reaching 100% of his quota. He was presented with UL’s E&A Account Owner of the Month Award, the E&A 2020 Quota Excellence Award, the 2018 Excellence Award, the Outstanding Commitment Award, the Cornerstone of Transformation Award, and the National Pacesetter Award. He placed first in the International Speech Contest and second in the Speech Contest hosted by Toastmasters International.
