Cletis Levisay II, Senior Project Manager at CoBeck Construction, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in construction management.
Mr. Levisay has had a diverse and distinguished career. He began working on construction sites throughout his formative years before joining the US Navy in 1996, where he thrived until 2000. While serving in the US Navy, he worked as a cryptologist and continued to do contracting work for the military and law enforcement for seven years. He was the chief pilot for Oilton Incorporated in St. Paul, Minnesota, for four years. When he returned from service in Afghanistan, he opened a construction company that he operated between 2003 and 2013. He spent nine years with The Bainey Group before transferring to CoBeck Construction, where he contributes to the company as the senior project manager.
Attributing his success to the strong work ethic instilled in him by his father and his faith in God, Mr. Levisay utilized these assets to complete his commercial ratings at the Executive Aviation Academy. Additionally, he earned an associate’s degree in general studies and subsequently obtained his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia State University between 1981 and 1986. His most notable achievement is being a caring and giving father to his son with Down’s Syndrome.
Mr. Levisay participates as a member of The Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He additionally served on the board of The Bainey Group for three years. He supports numerous organizations, including Tee It Up for the Troops, the Special Olympics, programs for disabled veterans, multiple local Down Syndrome associations, a coach for the national Little League, and volunteers at a school with alternative programs for children with special needs. He was recognized with a nomination for Top Project by the Minnesota Real Estate Journal in 2019 and 2022.
Mr. Levisay desires to continue being an effective leader by making sound decisions that will support his team’s needs and requirements in the upcoming years. In his personal life, he aims to be a strong leader for his family and a responsible father. When he is not working, he dedicates his time and attention to being outdoors, riding four-wheelers, hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting.
