Elmer Joseph Henry Donavan, MBA, PMP, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) architect as an independent contractor, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business intelligence and data analytics.
Mr. Donavan has had a distinguished career, working for such organizations as Quantum Chemical, Fidelity Investments, General Electric, Creative Web Pages, GMTI, Great American Financial Resources, Inc., Ross Group, Inc., Pomeroy Computer Solutions, MEDLAB GROUP, TPSi, Childrens Hospital BioInformatics, Fechheimer Brothers, Beckfield College, Cincinnati Financial Company, Kroger Technology, AssureCare, LLC., Surgery Partners, Inc., PhiDimensions, Inc., and Eastman. He currently provides service as an independent contractor offering SSIS architect consulting, and he additionally contributes to the faculty of Northern Kentucky University as an adjunct professor. He participates as a member of the Associations for Systems Management, the Project Management Institute, Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity, and the Cincinnati Business Group.
Attributing his success to persistence and the steady fire of his former mentor, Jacques Rosceo, Mr. Donavan utilized these assets to earn an Associate of Science in plant science in 1982 and an Associate of Science in engineering technology in 1984 from Mercer County Community College. He garnered a Bachelor of Science in commerce and engineering from Drexel University in 1987. He obtained a Master of Business Administration in operations management from Thomas More University, graduating cumme laude in 1998. Mr. Donavan received certification as a project management professional in 2004 and subsequently graduated with a Master of Science in business intelligence from SetFocus in 2010. When he is not working, he dedicates his time and attention to his children, gardening, and landscaping.
