Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Chen pursued an education at Southeast University, from which she earned a bachelor’s degree in English in 2005. She concluded her formal studies at Nanjing University in 2009, graduating with a master’s degree in management science and engineering in finance. To further support her ambitions, she obtained her certification as a professional controller. Attributing her success to her perseverance, Ms. Chen was notably recognized as the Controller of the Year for 2022 by the Controllers Council in 2023.
Ms. Chen began her career with the Ford Motor Company, accepting a position as a finance analyst and treasurer between 2005 and 2011. In the years that followed, she has remained active with the Atlas Copco Group, excelling as a business analyst in Nanjing, China from 2011 to 2018, a regional business controller in Chachoengsao, Thailand from 2018 to 2021, and a business controller in South Carolina since 2021. Among the many highlights of her career, she is incredibly proud of having worked in countries throughout the globe in various roles, having had the opportunity to encounter diverse cultures and witness people coming together to achieve shared objectives despite having different approaches and processes. Looking toward the future, Ms. Chen hopes to enhance her career in finance by assuming new responsibilities within her group and expanding her footprint across other departments.
