He credits his prosperous career to the values instilled in him during his upbringing. His father, a first-generation immigrant to the United States, worked tirelessly as a gardener for seven years to put himself through college despite facing language barriers. Witnessing his father’s unwavering determination and hard work was a formative experience for him and his brothers.
Inspired by his father’s achievements, Mr. Koiso followed in his footsteps and was also listed in Who’s Who, a testament to his dedication and excellence in his field. His father’s success story serves as a constant source of motivation and pride, as he cherishes the opportunity to honor his father’s legacy. As a realtor, he takes immense pride in his ability to manage his schedule efficiently, meticulously organize his MLS listings, create a captivating website, and manage his CRM effectively.
In the immediate future, Mr. Koiso intends to partner with his younger brother, who is an expert in the real estate appraisal industry. Together, they aim to build his brother’s company by investing in properties and managing them through MLS listing. Their goal is to create equity and establish a lasting legacy for their family.
