Throughout his career, Mr. Fisher’s contributions have extended beyond his professional commitments. He has served honorably with the United States Navy for four years, fostering a spirit of dedication and discipline. A committed American Public Works Association (APWA) member, his team nominated him for the Top 10 Leader of the Year award nationwide through the APWA Kansas City Metro chapter. He attributes his success to learning from skilled individuals and his dedication to mastering the principles of his vocation and leadership.
Mr. Fisher stands as the sole director across North America to achieve accreditation for two cities in the American Public Works Association. He dedicates himself to mentoring emerging public work professionals through biannual teaching sessions at the Public Works Institute. He aims to continue making meaningful impacts with no regrets and finds fulfillment in the meaningful contributions he has made to people’s lives.
