Mr. Stichter continued his career at Hylant Group, Inc., where he contributed as vice president of group benefits, senior vice president, and Vice President, Hylant Group, Inc. between 1990 and 2008. He was active as co-founder and senior vice president of sales and marketing at Hy Health LLC from 2001 to 2008. He was appointed to the role of account executive at M3 Insurance Solutions, Inc. from 2009 to 2012 before transitioning to the role of director of insurance benefits at IMA Financial Group, Inc. from 2012 to 2015.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Stichter pursued an education at Western State Colorado University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in history and philosophy in 1975. He is certified as a health Rosetta advisor. Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He held the role of assistant district governor and president of the Crested Butte / Mt. Crested Butte Rotary Club and was featured in Insight Slip Magazine.
In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Stichter remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte Chamber of Commerce, the Western Colorado Human Resource Association, and the Association for Corporate Health Risk Management. He credits his success to his intellectual property, which he finds to be his driving force. The pride he takes in his ability to save companies millions of dollars motivates and energizes him daily. His passion for his work is evident, and he is confident that 30% to 40% of employers will be impressed by his offerings if he can capture their attention.
