He further ascended to senior vice president within the same organization from 2021 to 2023. Presently, he holds the position of executive vice president at Curative Talent since 2023. 

A pivotal highlight in Mr. Stephens’ career was contributing to the Baltimore Ravens’ Super Bowl victory in 2013 and, later, his role in Curative’s substantial growth, tripling regional size within a year and sustaining 30% year-over-year growth for three consecutive years since 2021. He attributes his achievements to foundational values instilled by his mother, a respected judge in Dallas, emphasizing a strong work ethic and a people-centric approach. His expertise lies in understanding motivations and fostering mutually beneficial outcomes and a culture of success in his teams.

Mr. Stephens’ gratification stems from providing healthcare access in underserved communities and positively impacting lives.
