She reviews value-added resellers of HPE’s products to evaluate performance, sales, customer base, certifications, and the rebates they receive from HPE. She educates them on industry trends, helps them set goals to capture more market share, and plans with them on new markets to enter and new solutions to promote.

Ms. Bishop began her career as a regional sales manager at Tech Data from 1989 to 2004. She served as a senior account executive of national accounts for the Tech Data Corporation from 2004 to 2006. Before embarking on her professional path, she pursued an education at Florida Metropolitan University, where she earned an associate degree in business and marketing management in 2003. She obtained a developed managerial mindset certification from the Management Development Program in 2023.

Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Bishop has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She volunteered with Step Up For Kids. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of the Women of the Channel.

In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Bishop has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was presented with the Top Performer Award and the Heavy Hitter Award. She credits her success to her energy, personality, and internal motivation to avoid financial hardship. She grew up in a poor and dysfunctional family and did not want that type of lifestyle for herself. Her motivation was to avoid the struggles she faced in the past and create a better future for herself.

Ms. Bishop takes pride in her work and cherishes the people she has collaborated with over the years. She plans to conclude her career by providing consultation services to channel resellers in the next five to 10 years. Her goal in the immediate future is to return to channel management and lead a team, sharing with them the knowledge and experience she has gained throughout her career.
