Mark Hansen, an independent executive consultant in innovation, business & project development, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in science and engineering.
With over three decades of professional experience, Mr. Hansen has established himself as a leader and innovator. He embarked on his academic journey by pursuing coursework in mass product customization at Aalborg University in 2002, following which he earned a Master of Science in engineering with a focus on industrial management systems from the same institution in 1998. His academic pursuits also include a Bachelor of Applied Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completed in 1993.
Mr. Hansen’s career began with his service in the U.S. Navy from 1983 to 1994. He transitioned to the corporate world, holding pivotal roles at LEGO Systems Inc. from 2000 to 2012, including senior director. In 2012, he ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing EBROC Group LLC, where he served as the owner until 2016.
Mr. Hansen’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Wearality in 2016. He has also held several executive positions, including chief executive officer roles at Walsh Marine Products, T3 Manufacturing, Inc., and Walsh Products from 2021 to 2022. His leadership was instrumental in driving growth and fostering innovation within these organizations.
Mr. Hansen attributes his success to the guidance of mentors and his relentless pursuit of excellence. In addition to his professional pursuits, he remains committed to civic engagement, serving as a board member for organizations such as ContemPlace and Civic Works since 2023. Looking ahead, he aspires to secure a C-level executive role, leveraging his leadership skills to drive impactful change within organizations. Outside of work, Mr. Hansen finds solace in outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and hunting, and treasures moments spent with his family.
