Her career began as a paralegal at Jackson County Counselor in 2005, where she provided valuable support and assistance. Transitioning to the healthcare sector, she served as a clinical coordinator at the Department of Dermatology and Spine Center at VCU Health from 2007 to 2008, contributing to patient care and operational excellence.Ms. Hawkins’ entrepreneurial spirit led her to found Recover Hope Inc. in 2019, where she serves as the founding owner, president, and chief executive officer. The nonprofit organization is dedicated to providing support and resources to survivors of human trafficking.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Ms. Hawkins has been actively involved as a zone leader at Christian Life Church since 2016, advocating for community engagement and spiritual growth. Furthermore, she has been a dedicated advocate for anti-human trafficking and domestic violence initiatives, volunteering her time and expertise to support vulnerable populations. In 2020, Ms. Hawkins embarked on a new chapter in her career as a writer, channeling her passion for storytelling and advocacy into creative endeavors.
