Prior to these posts, she found success as the owner of Aroma Cottage from 2000 to 2005, a realtor with Team Sandy Blanton Realty Inc. from 2004 to 2007, and both a broker associate and real estate consultant with Coldwell Banker from 2007 to 2012. Ms. Heinold began her career as an independent sales representative with BeautiControl Cosmetics between 1987 and 1995.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Heinold pursued an education at Pensacola Christian College, from which she earned a Bachelor of Science in home economics in 1982. Beyond her primary responsibilities within the field, she proudly recalls developing her leadership skills as the president of the Pensacola Bay Area Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2013. Attributing her success to the unwavering support of her family, the invaluable training and coaching she has received over the years, and her stellar service to her buyers and sellers alike, she has accrued several accolades throughout her career, including the Top Gun Award from the Women’s Council of Realtors from 2006 to 2023, the Sterling R. Award from the National Association of Realtors in 2022, The Number One Single Agent Award from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC for three years and a multiple-time Top Producer Award recipient from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC.
