In light of her impressive undertakings, she has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was named a Rising Star in 1993 and was the recipient of two Bronze Medal Awards from KW Realty DTC.
Ms. Cates attributes her success to having established trust with her teammates and clients. She has always taken great care in presenting herself as trustworthy and reliable, enabling her clients to feel confident in trusting her handling of their real estate needs. Previously, she worked in a bank in Chicago until she and her husband relocated to Colorado for his career. The following year, she started attending school while working as an assistant for a top RE/MAX real estate agent. In five to 10 years, she plans to achieve a comfortable financial situation for retirement and continue working in real estate, particularly with the elderly.
