Nichole Daher, founder and chief executive officer of SOS Franchising and Success on the Spectrum, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in healthcare and applied behavior analysis.

With nearly 10 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Daher has excelled as founder of Success On The Spectrum and SOS Franchising since 2015. As the chief executive officer of SOS Franchising, she handles claims, billing, and hiring as the chief executive officer of her clinic. She trains burgeoning entrepreneurs to be successful in operating their own Success On The Spectrum franchise clinics. Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is the first Autism Treatment franchise in the United States, utilizing a model that is transforming the industry by opening brick-and-mortar Autism Treatment centers that are driven by quality instead of profit. In doing so, the franchise company enforces lower caseloads, monitors that client-to-staff ratios are actually one-to-one, and ensures ethical billing practices.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Daher pursued an education at Louisiana State University Eunice, where she completed coursework between 2004 and 2006 before transferring to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to study nuclear medical technology from 2006 to 2007. She concluded her academic efforts at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in nuclear medical technology in 2008. She holds certificates in nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography–computed tomography, and nuclear cardiology from the NMTCB.

Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Daher has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She has contributed to peer mentorship clusters with the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence since 2020 as well as founding a Community Outreach program for children affected by Autism. In light of her impressive undertakings, she has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was recognized among the 20 Most Successful Women Leaders by The Corporate Magazine, one of the Top 20 Dynamic CEOs by The CEO Publication, and one of the 20 Most Inspiring Women Leaders by The Women Leaders Magazine. She was presented with the Top 100 Healthcare Leaders Award by the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare.
