As the director of worship experience and the modern worship leader, he contributed to Calvary from 2015 to 2023. He garnered a stellar reputation at the same as the executive director of creative arts in 2023. Throughout the tenure of his distinguished career, he has assisted organizations in aligning their vision and objectives by clarifying the reason behind their existence and guiding them toward success.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Hoaby pursued an education at Liberty University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in religion. He attributes his success to the guidance of his exceptional mentors, who invested in him and helped him become an outstanding leader. He builds strong relationships with the people on his team, gets to know them personally, supports them when needed, and celebrates their personal achievements. He believes that what sets him apart as a leader is his ability to make everyone feel valued as individuals capable of making vital contributions. Additionally, his family serves as a significant inspiration and source of support.
In the immediate future, Mr. Hoaby aims to increase attendance and revenue by 30% and increase volunteering by 15%. The goal is to boost museum and train ride attendance and revenue in order to make it an attractive tourist destination for visitors to Minneapolis. He intends to stay with the organization for a lengthy period of time while continuing to learn and grow as a fundraiser, grant writer, and lobbyist. Additionally, he would like to become an executive at Make-A-Wish.
