With 10 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Chvatal has excelled as chief executive officer and founder of Resilient Pathways Tutoring since 2020. She began her career as an intern with Catholic Family and Child Service, Family Support Service Center, the South Sound Senior of Lacey STARS Program, and Kokua Services between 2012 and 2015. She established herself as a literacy tutor at Pasco School District 1 and at AmeriCorps from 2015 to 2016. She was further associated with AmeriCorps between 2015 and 2016, working in the regional services corps. She served as a doTERRA wellness advocate at doTERRA International LLC from 2017 to 2022.

Ms. Chvatal continued her career as a pampered chef consultant at Pampered Chef from 2021 to 2022. She found success as a business team lead at GENXT from 2021 to 2022. She contributed to the Pasco School District 1 as a substitute para educator from 2016 to 2022 and a substitute teacher from 2017 to 2024. At Varsity Tutors, she held the role of part-time tutor from 2021 to 2023. She garnered a stellar reputation as a part-time assistant at Chvatal Law Offices from 2002 to 2023 before transitioning to the role of office manager at Chvatal King Law in 2023.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Chvatal pursued an education at Saint Martin’s University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in community services, with a concentration in social work and a minor in music, in 2015. She continued her academic efforts at Columbia Basin College, obtaining an associate of arts and sciences in intermedia and multimedia in 2017. At Heritage University, she completed a Master of Education in inclusive learning in 2022. She concluded her studies at Carroll College, graduating with a Master of Social Work in clinical social work in 2023.

In addition to her primary vocation, Ms. Chvatal remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She executive and leadership positions with the Coalition of Health Benton City, Arc of Tri-Cities, Saint Martin’s University Step and Dance Ensemble, Saint Martin’s University Girl Scout, Saint Martin’s University International Club, First Night Tri-Cities Board, the Tri-Cities Prep Pep Club, Tri-Cities Prep Recycling Club, and Tri-Cities Prep ASB. She was a member of the Tri-Cities Prep Student Lit Choir, Tri-Cities Prep Cross Country Team, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, the Young Ladies Institute, and Saint Martin’s University Student Lit Choir.

In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Chvatal has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was presented with the award for service in the community in 2010 and 2016, the Soroptimist Award in 2009, the Governor’s Award from the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, the Yencopal Award, the United States President’s Volunteer Service Award, the Ray Whitlow Award from Tri-Cities Prep, and a certificate of achievement from Governor Chris Gregoire of Washington. She received a Regional-Service Corps – AmeriCorps Scholarship Grant and was the chosen delegate for the Peace Jam Conference in 2009.
