She established herself as a product manager of Reagents Diagnostics, part of EUROIMMUN Medizinische Labordiagnostika, from 2016 to 2018. She contributed to Cordis as interim chief marketing officer from 2018 to 2019 and garnered a stellar reputation as a strategic advisor at Catch-a-Fire from 2019 to 2021.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Kaushal pursued an education at the Indian Institutes of Technology, where she earned a Master of Science in life science in 2001 and a Master of Science in biosciences and bioengineering in 2004. She concluded her studies at Lehigh University, graduating with a Master of Science in molecular biology in 2006 and a Master of Business Administration in 2013. Beyond her responsibilities within the field, she has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She contributed as an advisory board member to GeoClimate Risk Solutions Inc., Project Alpaca, and Neumoon Health. She volunteered with AccentCare Hospice.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Kaushal has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was named to the dean’s list at the Indian Institutes of Technology. Ms. Kaushal credits her journey and success so far to the relentless support and guidance from her family and friends. Her parents, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Kaushal and Mrs. Santosh Kaushal – who retired as officer and school principal respectively. She states that she always tries to keep in mind their words: “education ends with college but learning ends with life.” In the coming years, she intends to continue making a difference in the health care field and remain involved in efforts that help communities in need through innovation and strategic initiatives.
