Her roles included a concurrent position as president of the food, food service, and home sector from 2020 to 2023, president of the food and home sector from 2018 to 2020, and president of food and beverage practice from 2015 to 2020.
Previously, Ms. Tielbur served in multiple leadership roles at Kraft Foods Group, now The Kraft Heinz Company, including senior director positions in consumer insights, strategy, and category management. She began her career as a statistician and research manager at Kellogg Company from 1991 to 1996. Throughout her career, her most significant highlight has been her foresight on the changing American consumer landscape, encompassing generational decision criteria, real food solutions, and Hispanic bi-cultural opportunities.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Tielbur pursued an education at Northern Illinois University, earning a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and statistics in 1989, and continued her academic efforts at Iowa State University of Science and Technology, where she completed a master’s degree in statistics in 1991. Following these accomplishments, she completed certifications and continued professional development in her field. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she has participated in various civic activities, including serving as a judge for marketing analytics awards and supporting charitable organizations like Cradles to Crayons and Feeding America.
