In this capacity, she leads transfer pricing planning, strategy, and risk mitigation on a global scale, focused on implementing efficient risk-controlled environments in intellectual property planning. Prior to her current position, she held several key roles, including director and global head of transfer pricing at Fiserv Inc. and director of transfer pricing at First Data Corporation from 2018 to 2022. She also served as Vice President at CIT Group Inc. from 2012 to 2018 and senior manager of tax and transfer pricing at Ernst & Young LLP from 2004 to 2012.
Ms. Bhattacharya earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business management from the University of Mumbai in India in 1998. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in corporate finance from Clark University, which she earned in 2002, and a Master of Science in business leadership and strategy from Harvard Business School in 2016. She is also a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is also a passionate mentor, dedicating her time to guiding young professionals through internship programs at Fiserv Inc., and is actively involved in supporting food donation initiatives and special needs schools and children. Additionally, she serves as a campus recruiter and was featured on Clarity, Inc.’s website in 2024.
