Health Care Pharmacy, he oversees a team responsible for executing marketing and sales, enhancing patient experiences, and creating new services. Prior to this role, he held several key positions, including director of strategic development at Daviess Community Hospital, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the hospital’s growth trajectory.
Mr. Sell began his career as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where he honed his skills in sports medicine. He later served as an assistant athletic trainer at Athletico Physical Therapy before transitioning to roles at Kalamazoo College and Bronson Healthcare, where he gained valuable experience in patient care and management.
A proud alumnus of the University of Indianapolis, Mr. Sell holds a Bachelor of Science in athletic training and a master’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. Throughout his academic journey, he demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence and pursued opportunities to expand his knowledge in health care.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Sell is actively involved in various civic and community organizations. He currently serves as the president-elect of the Rotary Club of Washington and is a board member of the Daviess County Economic Development Corporation. He also dedicates his time to RISE, a community organization focused on supporting individuals in recovery.
Mr. Sell’s contributions to the health care industry have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the President’s Excellence Award from the Indiana Athletic Trainers’ Association and the Young Professional of the Year award from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. His commitment to excellence and dedication to his profession have earned him the respect of his peers and colleagues.
