Aaron G. “Sandy” Amacher, PhD, Executive Vice President for Lite-Check, Fleet Solutions Inc., and Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Strategic Consultant, and Chairman at NorthStar Meta Group International, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in executive consulting.
With many years of experience to his credit, Dr. Amacher has excelled as the executive vice president for Lite-Check, Fleet Solutions Inc. since 2021 and the founder, chief executive officer, and executive strategic consultant for NorthStar Meta Group International since 2008. In these positions, he provides management architecture to various companies in order to better their management security and profitability, implements cutting-edge solutions within existing systems in order to enhance efficiency, and fosters both innovation and streamlining processes to facilitate growth and success. During this time, he was active as the president and chief executive officer for AAMCORE Inc. from 2008 to 2011, a senior military advisor at the logistics and industrial base for NorthStar Meta Group International / Knowledge International LLC from 2011 to 2014, and a program executive officer for NorthStar Meta Group International/DynCorp International from 2014 to 2016. Dr. Amacher previously served as the vice president of mission success with Lockheed Martin Technical Operations Co., the director of organizational development with Advanced Technology/PRC from 1990 to 1994, and the chief executive officer for Superlative Technologies Inc. from 2003 to 2008.
Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Amacher served in the U.S. Army, advancing to the rank of senior military officer between 1969 and 1990. Receiving the Silver Star Medal for gallantry under fire, among other military accolades and decorations, he also obtained diplomas from Armed Forces Staff College, Defense Acquisition University, and National Defense University throughout his military tenure. To further support his professional ambitions, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, a Master of Business Administration from Averett University in 1992, and a Doctor of Philosophy in logistics management from Willington University in 1994. Dr. Amacher has shared his wealth of knowledge to others in his industry as the co-author of “Dubai – The Epicenter of Modern Innovation: A Guide to Implementing Innovation Strategies.”
Dr. Amacher has attributed his success to his ability to navigate through extraneous details to discern the pertinent from the insignificant in any given situation, as it enables him to focus on the core issues. As a testament to his professional achievements, he has been honored with numerous internal awards from such organizations as Lockheed Martin, Black+Decker, The Colorado Conference on Quality, The White House, NPRI, and The Bancorp. Looking toward the future, Dr. Amacher hopes to conclude his current contract with Lite-Check, Fleet Solutions Inc. while remaining involved on the board of directors for several organizations and providing his expertise to the governments of countries throughout the Middle East and Africa.
