Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Pomeroy pursued an education at Daniel Webster College, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in aviation management and an Associate of Science in flight operations in 1994. He continued his academic efforts by obtaining certifications, including a Multi-Engine & Single Engine Commercial Instrument Rated Pilot and Private Pilot Single Engine Sea from the Federal Aviation Administration and becoming a Certified Firearms Instructor. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was recognized for his achievements in planning and executing the reconstruction and development of airport infrastructure, as well as for his role in the successful conversion of Pease Strategic Air Command Base into a commercial service airport and business park.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Pomeroy has participated in various industry-related organizations, such as the Granite State Airport Management Association and the American Association of Airport Executives. He has also contributed to local charities, law enforcement, and food banks and is affiliated with organizations such as the Freemasons and AF&AM. He attributes his success to his dedication and passion for aviation.
