His early career included roles such as a sales and marketing consultant at ZS Associates from 2012 to 2015 and a manager for Deutsche Bank’s asset management group technology and operations team from 2009 to 2010. He began his career as an intellectual property and strategy consultant at Charles River Associates in New York City from 2004 to 2009, where he worked on tech advisory and IP litigation matters.

Mr. Nutter’s academic achievements laid a strong foundation for his professional success. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Villanova University, graduating summa cum laude in 2004, ranking fifth in his class. He also spent eight months studying international business and German at the University of Vienna through IES Abroad during his junior year. Later, he earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on strategy, management, and decision sciences from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 2012, where he achieved both Dean’s List and Fuqua Scholar honors.

Attributing much of his success to humility, flexibility, and a lifelong commitment to learning, Mr. Nutter has assimilated valuable qualities from each role he has undertaken. His commitment to the community is evident in his extensive volunteer work, contributing over 200 hours annually to various organizations, including the Cambrian Park Little League and Fammatre Elementary School.

Looking ahead, Mr. Nutter aims to expand his influence by joining various corporate boards and potentially starting his own company. Inspired by his sister, a published author, he also aspires to make significant contributions to literature. In his personal life, he enjoys traveling, running approximately 50 miles per week, reading, cooking and spending quality time with his family.
