Mr. Gholson began his professional journey at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 2011 as a product owner, program manager, and senior project manager. He quickly established a reputation for his robust project management skills and agile coaching abilities. His foundational experiences in information technology and project management were further shaped at companies like Wurzburg, ServiceMaster, Xerox, and SBC, where he developed and led high-stakes projects.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy and United States Naval Reserve from 1983 to 2006, Mr. Gholson specialized in anti-submarine warfare and deep-sea rescue operations. His military service endowed him with a disciplined approach and leadership qualities that have greatly influenced his civilian career.
Mr. Gholson augmented his practical skills with a Bachelor of Arts in computer science from The University of Memphis in 2011. His commitment to professional growth is evidenced by his numerous certifications, including being a certified SAFe 5 program consultant and project management professional from the Project Management Institute Inc.
Beyond his professional life, Mr. Gholson is deeply involved in community service. He has been a second tenor with the Lake Houston Musical Arts Society since 2018, actively volunteers with the Children’s Cancer Research Fund, and is a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Among his numerous accomplishments and affiliations, Mr. Gholson credits his significant success to his supportive wife, Jenny.
