Prior to this position, she was active as the vice president of business development at Niznik Behavioral Health between 2021 and 2022 and the chief growth officer for Heymaker Media between 2022 and 2023. She began her career with the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, working as an intern from 2012 to 2013 before advancing to become a family program professional from 2013 to 2016, a staff member in the business development and prevention program from 2016 to 2019, a national outreach manager from 2019 to 2021. In addition to her primary responsibilities in her field, Ms. Roselle has served as an adjunct professor at Bethel University since 2016.
To support her professional ambitions, Ms. Roselle pursued an education at Taylor University, from which she earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2008. She subsequently continued her academic efforts with a Master of Arts in adolescent counseling psychology at Bethel University in 2013. She concluded her formal studies at Hamline University in 2019, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in management, leadership and change management. Determined to make a positive impact on the world, Ms. Roselle was drawn to her field through a series of unexpected opportunities, which she has embraced to the fullest extent.
Renowned for her commitment to her goals, Ms. Roselle has attributed her success to her genuine love for people and her inherent ability to connect with others. She is currently launching a health care startup known as Heal Integrative Health that will help make holistic health care more widely accessible and culturally relevant in the U.S. alongside a business partner that she cites as a particular point of pride thus far. Outside of her areas of professional expertise, she has found success as a competitive hunter-jumper, a style of English horse riding, and has owned three wonderful horses while fostering this passion since her formative years. Looking toward the future, Ms. Roselle hopes to revolutionize her industry through Heal Integrative Health by propelling genuine, integrated and affordable holistic care into prominence within the healthcare landscape.
