Mr. Prasad has been recognized for his contributions to the export industry. He was honored with the Exporter of the Year award by the United States Department of Commerce. He attributes his success to doing business with an open mind and honesty. He also believes in motivating employees rather than firing them. Throughout his career, one highlight that stands out the most is his involvement in the export industry, which has brought him a great sense of pride and accomplishment.
Looking ahead, Mr. Prasad intends to maintain ownership of his business and continue deriving joy from it and plans to write his autobiography.
