He previously served in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of E-4 between his enlistment in 1980 and departure in 1983. Mr. Bales was inspired to enter the field of real estate by his mother, a successful realtor in her own right who eventually provided him with an opportunity to work alongside her.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Bales pursued an education at Linfield University Online and Continuing Education, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in management in 2012. He additionally obtained his graduate certification from the REALTOR Institute. As a testament to his steadfast efforts and outstanding potential, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America in 1977. Looking toward the future, Mr. Bales hopes to continue improving on a daily basis before entering a well-deserved retirement.
