In this role, he guides an IT team in Agile methodology, facilitates software delivery, and addresses obstacles. Previously, he served as a scrum master at Federal Services Consulting, Accenture from 2015 to 2022, an IT security engineer at Agilex Technologies Inc. from 2014 to 2015, and a vulnerability analysis engineer at KSH Solutions Inc. from 2013 to 2014. He began his career as a supervisor at Reynolds Media Group from 2005 to 2009, then as a team lead and information systems security analyst at Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. from 2010 to 2013. In the U.S. Air Force, he held roles including staff sergeant, personnel office manager, and IT workgroup manager from 2002 to 2003, personnel security manager at the White House Communications Agency from 1996 to 2002, and information manager at Ramstein AB, Germany from 1993 to 1996, and as an airman first class and information manager from 1992 to 1993.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Logan pursued an education at East Carolina University, earning a Bachelor of Science in management of information systems and management in 2009. He continued his academic efforts by obtaining various certifications, including Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified SAFe 6 Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, Team Kanban Practitioner, Agile Project Management, and ICAgile Certified Professional. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Joint Service Achievement Medal in 1998 and 2001, the United States Air Force Airman Leadership School Leadership Award, the Presidential Service Badge, the Presidential Service Certificate for Honorable Service in the White House, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the Air Force Achievement Medal. Other standout moments include serving as a staff sergeant and personnel security manager, traveling on Air Force Two with Vice President Al Gore for four years, and traveling in advance to support President Bill Clinton for four years and President George W. Bush for two years.

Mr. Logan attributes his success to the support of his family and his invaluable military background. He was drawn to Agile for its flexibility and adaptability, valuing how its methodologies enable teams to respond quickly to changing requirements and market conditions. In the short term, he aims to complete his current project without complications. Looking ahead, he aspires to gain additional training in the Agile environment and transition into an Agile or scrum master instructor role. He plans to share his knowledge and expertise by teaching new team members about Agile practices, ensuring seamless integration into the work environment. He has already successfully taught three new team members, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
