She began her career as a project manager, retail services manager, and branch manager of customer service for Arvest Bank from 1996 to 2006. Beyond her primary responsibilities in the field, Ms. Fielder has been additionally active as a member of the corporate council for Open Avenues since 2018 and the small business council for the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce since 2020.
Developing a strong sense of financial responsibility during her formative years, Ms. Fielder initially pursued an education at NorthWest Arkansas Community College, from which she earned an Associate of Science in business and commerce in 2000. She concluded her studies at the University of Arkansas in 2001, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in investment management. Likewise obtaining her certification as a wealth strategist, she has attributed her success to her loyalty and her unwavering desire to go above and beyond for her clients. In the coming years, Ms. Fielder hopes to utilize a more efficient approach to value propositions for her clients, add additional tax planning services to her business, and dedicate more of her spare time to her wonderful children.
