Ms. Marcos says the most challenging aspect of her job is proving that authenticity in work and feelings is a strong form of self-awareness, which she believes makes a significant difference in being genuine in what you do, your work, and how you treat people. She is driven by her clients’ interests, focusing on supporting them, offering advice, and providing the necessary resources for their growth and success, which she believes is also her success.
With an extensive background in business, Ms. Marcos has been immersed in entrepreneurship from a young age. Born in Argentina, she was raised in a family that owned and operated a business for 18 years. She believes that her mother being highly educated, and her father’s charismatic and entrepreneurial spirit have been pivotal to her achievements. She takes immense pride in her six children and 11 grandchildren, whose exceptional achievements inspire her. Professionally, she is most proud of her ability to empathize with others, understand diverse situations, and offer reliable support.
