Reflecting on his career, Mr. Brown says a significant milestone for him was the substantial payout he and his partner received when they sold their book of business. Additionally, he is proud of having been able to support his sister by putting her in a well-deserved position of power as a chief executive officer. He attributes his success to hard work, clear communication, directness, and a strong commitment to not letting people down. In the coming years, he and his company are set to launch a $15 million fund for the commercial insurance sector, a project expected to span about 10 years. He aims for New Reign Capital to become the go-to private equity solution in the commercial insurance space, envisioning himself at the helm of a firm that symbolizes dominance in the industry. He plans to transition from the current prospecting phase to a stage where resources are abundant, allowing for swift and expansive support for a broader clientele.
